W\u00e4hrend die Lehrkr\u00e4fte der Schule auf einer schulinternen Fortbildung am Schulprogramm der Schule arbeiteten, bot der Tag den Sch\u00fcler:innen spannende Einblicke in Berufe, die vielen zuvor v\u00f6llig unbekannt waren. Ob Technik, Handwerk, Verwaltung oder Logistik \u2013 die Vielfalt war beeindruckend. In pers\u00f6nlichen Gespr\u00e4chen mit Auszubildenden und Mitarbeitenden konnten die Jugendlichen Fragen stellen, sich ausprobieren und wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln. Viele Betriebe \u00f6ffneten extra f\u00fcr diesen Tag ihre T\u00fcren und gestalteten ein abwechslungsreiches Programm mit F\u00fchrungen, praktischen Aufgaben und Mitmachaktionen. So wurde nicht nur Wissen vermittelt, sondern auch der Spa\u00df kam nicht zu kurz. F\u00fcr viele Teilnehmende war es ein erster Schritt in die Berufsorientierung, der Mut machte und neue Perspektiven er\u00f6ffnete.
